Biography

With over 30 years of living experience in the Panama City Beach, Panama City area, Kathy has grown to greatly appreciate and know the neighborhoods as well as their strengths and weaknesses. This experience gives her an advantage in the real estate industry, and it serves her and her clients well when conducting home searches.

Additionally, Kathy also has over 30 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and event planning with 12 years in real estate marketing and sales. With this background, she brings a wealth of knowledge to aDoor Real Estate. She is passionate about helping others in achieving their goals, and she truly enjoys sharing her love for the Florida Gulf Coast lifestyle.

Kathy’s son, Davis, co-manages their real estate team, The Beaches 360 Team, and he is also the CEO of their boutique vacation rental management company, Live the Gulf Coast. She has been married for 32 years and has raised three children in the local schools and colleges, together with her CPA and Financial Planner husband.
